You cannot copyright a surname. (I.E. "Keiser")
The only copyright claim you may have against you is from the person who took the photo of Max Keiser that you used in the logo, but since the image has become altered from the original and was pulled from the internet, its likely that this falls under "Fair-Use".

MaxCoin is being profit mined to death. That means continual cycle of mining and dumping.

All MaxCoin's high price has done is attract all the profit miners who are only interested in turning mining power into instant profit. There is a massive downward pressure on the price. It's a race to the bottom now.
