I dropped the mail and created ticket to support but no one i s responding..
Just received response from BiteBtc team. Dear Trader, Important statement On January 1, 2019, a fire occurred in the data center where the exchange servers are located, as a result of which part of the data on the main and backup servers was destroyed. All crypto coins wallets are safe, but we need time to restore the balance sheets and trading history of about 7% of traders from earlier backups. We ask to fill in the form to the support service with the indication of your recent transactions and operations with wallets. We apologize and ask to treat this situation with understanding. Anyone who has been scamed by BiteBtc can fill out a form on the Singapore Police website: http://www.police.gov.sg/iwitness Use "Category" = CRIME and "Natures" = SCAMS. I think that the more such requests will be, the faster the forces of law will pay attention to BiteBtc. |

hi, my account isn't enabled/restored yet.maybe it will take a bit longer because i had pending withdrawals and they need to buy the coins from the open market, so i will see my coins only if the market makes a 10 - 20% drop  . |
