Monero (XMR) - secure, private, untraceable

I have yet to be shown concrete proof Ken is scamming or that the sky is falling.

Until then,

 SAOR ALBA.

Seriously?  The MSD comes out and says it's a scam and you don't think that is evidence?  What kind of evidence would you accept?  Ken himself admitting it was a scam?
This never happened. They said those are unregistered securities. It could still be a scam, failed business or at the current prices a great investment. No one knows this except Ken. I have some shares and on those prices I'm not selling. I better loose them all instead of getting 0.00000650 BTC for each...

Here we go again - then show us concrete proof of ANYTHING.

Is there concrete proof that Ken paid eAsic? That he hired P ASIC? That he had a contract for the 55nm with the foundry?

I have yet to be shown concrete proof that Ken has done anything with the money we gave him and he raised from orders other than buy some HF chips and put them in the cheapest run down DC he could find, in the wrong State.

There is proof of Ken selling products and hashing.
OK not selling very fast and a small scale farm from what we expected.
But as i said before, this is a start up in a demanding industry.
There is no proof to me that Ken is actively scamming, either not competent or is working hard behind the scenes - we don't know.
Its all up in the air.

Edit* The proof Ken paid Easic is in the press release. If you don't understand that then there is no hope for you.

That's why you wait for the MSD to come to terms with Ken over what the refund amount should be, so you get refunded fully what you paid for the shares.

You [and] zumzero [is/are] the only one[ s] who still don't get it.  Of course you're [both] Active Mining investor[ s], so that partially explains such rabid aversion to logic.

Start-up was last year. This isn't a start-up anymore!

No proof of scamming? This company was supposed to design and build their own custom ASIC chip and it was supposed to have revenues from selling their own miners and from mining. What happened is all chips project got cancelled and you are mining with third party hardware which wasn't the main objective! Also how much money did ken paid himself instead of paying dividends?

Proof of scamming: how about sending me 2 unsigned/misspelled cheques in a row. There are a lot of others out there to whom he applied the same 'trick'.

Prepare to enter a world of stress

Well, let's check the financial reports... oh wait, that's right...

@JimmyJazz - what about the customers that have been waiting for refunds for over half a year? The numerous checks sent out with misspellings and/or weren't signed? Telling shareholders 'products have shipped' when it was nothing but slide-rails? How about those six months where shareholders couldn't sell but Ken allowed people to buy in? None of that is fishy to you?

Let's try to keep this bumped on each page so that it's visible for any shareholder/hardware purchaser to at least have the information available if they choose to go down one of these paths.

"scheduled outtages" right?  Wink    I wonder what the secondary pools are for the massive numbers of miners that go offline and come back offline simultaneously

Three recent stoppages followed by a jump in HR each time to the most recent 97.85 TH suggests a DC which is operating around its thermal threshold.

Talk about scammers? Lol!

This troll is trying to convince Bitcoiners to give their identities away to the US Gov.  Jesus Christ, I'm dumbfounded by the level of manipulation that is going on in this thread.

For anyone thinking of phoning these numbers please consider the long term consequences for yourselves.

The clever ones here wouldn't dream of siding with the US Gov to reclaim any minuscule losses but the lemmings will act regardless.  Haha, they think they are exercising choice and free will but are entrapping themselves thanks to the efforts of this dark Spider-Man.  You've got to love it!  Grin

Come on, at least Crumbs or whoever he is tries to make valid points with evidence supporting them.

I have no "Alt Accounts" on this forum, you can ask any Mod on here to confirm (although I HIGHLY doubt they would waste their time doing so)

The only account I've ever used was the ActM Thread account to help moderate.

I love how you say "Competitor Mining Company". You do know that anyone mining at all is a "Competitor"? Hell I have more Hashrate then Ken right now so I must be a huge competitor and this whole thing is just me wasting money on shares to make sure this super successful guy Ken (in the past) doesn't destroy the difficulty. (lol) I'm invested in IceDrill and I've "assisted" them in trying to find someone that can make boards for any HashFast Chips they may receive. This isn't hidden information nor did I try to conceal it.

Anything else Internet Sleuth?

Could this mean that zumzero isn't responsible for EVERY post that has been deleted?

Tune in next week to find out.  Cheesy

Edit;  please don't stoop so low as to defend and support the resident non-shareholding troll over genuine shareholders concerns.  Embarrassed

Edit 2; please stop bragging about your bitcoin achievements BG.  You are rubbing shareholders faces in it, as if they haven't enough to contend with.

The more BG posts, the more he exposes himself for what he is.  A manipulator and greedy oaf.

Please try to stop your misdirects to me.

If you truly want to "save" this company or think it's "going to survive" then you would be reaching out to Ken and trying to put together a post that somehow magically makes logical sense about this companies future.

As this has yet and will likely not happen I assume you and your buddies will try to use any tactic to sway from the issue at hand. I'll just simply add the information about the MSD and Wood Law to every post from now on. At least then when I reply to your ramblings I don't feel like it's a complete waste of my time.
