Thefunkybits:  I miss the days when you thought Ken walked on water and were outraged by me telling you this was a scam.

Historically speaking, what other scams offered and processed refunds?

Edit: Scams in the bitcoin space, that is.

HOLY TOLEDO guys!

Ken actually already refunded my order in BTC.
I can't believe it. Are you sure bitcoin transactions aren't reversible? Smiley

I will need at least one week to recover from this totally unexpected event.

Finally I can close this chapter full of horror.

Nice, now let's see how many he actually does.

Not that I'm pessimistic, but when I ordered from him he sent the prospector board next day air in like two days. Then I come on the board and see people waiting a week or two and get it shipped ground.
Hopefully he can continue this trend and get refunds out to everyone in similar fashion.

I started a list, and then decided it would be easier to ask you:

What scams haven't paid refunds to some people, especially when facing prosecution?

Meanwhile share prices have plunged far below what I predicted.

100% of per-orders will be refunded if they chose BTC.

Edit: 100% of pre-orders will be refunded.  USD may take longer.

What you are signing is basically an agreement where you agree that you are not entitled to anything more than a USD refund. Maybe your claims are bigger than that?

VMC did not promise BTC refunds like Hashfast did so I don't know why any hardware purchaser of VMC equipment would be entitled to more than a refund of the USD unless you are attempting to include loss of revenue from the delay of equipment being sent. People tried that with BFL and to my knowledge nobody has succeeded.

If you have a problem with the form modify it to agreeable terms and send that to Ken.

What about investors? No concern from you that 400 bitcoin worth of shares is now worth less than 1 bitcoin?

http://virtualminingcorp.com/

The website has gone and been replaced with refund information.

It would be nice if after the refunds have been completed, the site would be replaced by a new modern version, with some good branding and competitive instock products. Letting ACTM start on a new foot. Building a new image for the company and moving forward.

One can dream.....

This proves Ken no longer wishes to sell equipment and knows the company is over.

I know why.

Ken fears the customers because a lot of them have money and the various legal firms are working on their behalf. However Ken knows that the shareholders have no power, only Bargraphics is rich, the rest of us poor.

So Ken satisfies the customer first, and himself second. The shareholders will get nothing. I have been scammed.

Very rational.

Edit: Ken can be made aware that I am in fact the last king of Scotland, and therefore have a net worth of over £500 million. I will pay for all legal proceedings.

Why do you think Ken will be able to build and/or sell boards after giving away a large amount of money?

And yet Ken is using our freshly minted coins for the refunds. What does this tell us about the preorder funds?
