Maybe i originally misunderstood, but wasn't David working on this idea before Satoshi was even conceived? If thats the case, Maidsafe cant really be accused re-invention.

Yeah I heard something like that too, he has been working on this for 7 years.

Satoshi's blockchain is currently the only way to do decentralized currency. I argued that David should use the blockchain in his Maidsafe v1 with Proof of Resource, and then for v2 implement this other mechanism he has been working on for 7 years, otherwise this will be vaporware.

Perhaps not re-invention, but it's still far too much for his team to handle, in less time Satoshi thought of an idea, created the client, network and the white paper and it's now worth several billion dollars.

In the same time that Satoshi created Bitcoin from concept, David has been working on this.

Again, research and be wary.

MSD is reviewing the case in september, or october... cant remember exactly, I didn't save the email they replied to me with

everyone here should give MSD their info, it doesn't matter what country you are in or when you purchased, the guy from MSD told me that their main objective is to get investors their money back.

At this point I've written off the whole Kenny Gong Show, but putting my hat in the ring with MSD couldn't hurt, they're going after him anyway. If the "nanny state" can squeeze some $$$ out of that fat loser than so be it, I want my share.

I think you'll find their priority is to make money for themselves first.  Sorry to break this to you, but there will be no money left after that.  These are the two reasons people shouldn't contact the MSD unless they just like trading anonymity for full disclosure to a US government agency and see nothing in return.  It's academic really because those who would, have, and those who wouldn't, wouldn't.  So pleas like yours and BG's at this stage are falling on deaf ears although don't tell BG because he likes to have something to do so he can feel important.  One of the finest copy & pasters in the industry but bloody awful at finding funny memes.

You bought the shares and if you can't differentiate between a bad investment decision of yours and others own making and the positive expression of a person who believes the same as you but is proven wrong in hindsight, then more fool you.

Did I hold a gun to anyone's head?  No, I was one of the first whales to buy in because I genuinely belived in Ken & AMC.  Remember, I have lost big in all this and yet I am man enough to take responsibility for a bad investment decision.  I'm not running to big brother with my tail between my legs and begging for them to get me a few dimes back.  I'm still here and taking the flack.  For two reasons;  One, I'm letting you lot vent and providing your therapy, and two, I am too proud to run away and hide in shame even though that nutter Mabsark left me this present..  Warning: Trade with extreme caution!

I got busy with other ventures that have a higher probability of yielding me financial gain and have not been even reading this thread. CoinHoarder's questions are good. Has anyone communicated with the the disgusting, con-artist and liar Ken Slaughter in the last month of so?

Has anyone had contact with any officials from Wood Law or the State of Missouri?

What is the current state of things with ActM?

Has anyone physically went to Missouri and tried to locate Ken?

Has anyone heard from him since July?

Has anyone heard anything from Wood Law since sending in your "evidence" against VMC/Ken?

I made the same move myself when the Bitfunder news broke only to get scammed out of a tidy profit by Danny Brewster.  I wonder how things could have turned out if Uncle Sam had left btct.co and Bitfunder alone.  I'd also love to know how much, if anything, VE had to play in Uncle Sam's interest in Ken.  I'd be especially keen to know if Ken's involvement in the HF bankruptcy was impeded by the MSD's announcement and if a significant deal was scuppered by the untimely announcement.  Too much of a coincidence?

This didn't work because Ken is. Who cares what happened to btct.co bitfunder or hashfast when Ken couldn't accomplish a thing throughout this entire process. He couldn't even ship in hand product in a timely fashion.
