Guilty until proven innocent, eh? Like Saddam Hussein and his WMD's? Way to go America! High5! Jesus Christ. That could be done in 5 minutes. Bring up all the contracts and it's all clear there.

I think the BitcoinTalk staff should tell us what accounts have logged in from Ken's IP - he's obviously watching this thread.

What is clear? It is clear that there was nothing else signed with eASIC than the NDA and there were no other attempts to create a custom chip.

Anyone hear from ken about preorder refunds?
....
From what I've read on various threads, a couple of people claim to have received refunds; CLAIM.... While another guy claims to have received a white labelled box TODAY containing what is clear to be one of Ken's advertised mining cards. He also claims that while his order was placed in December, he received no notice about this delivery. See posting here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=194431.new#newObviously there's no evidence to demonstrate this posting is legit but if it is, it makes my head spin on Ken's rationale and behavior... Is he trying to be perceived as if he's trying to do something by randomly refunding one or two people or mailing a couple of cards here and then? Unbelievable.

This is an interesting development given the lack of any chunky news of late. If legitimate (and we don't know) then it would suggest that Ken is, at least, continuing to fulfil some of his obligations. Yes of course we can criticise this all day long with a barrage of arguments 'against', but at this stage it's probably better to read more into his actions as a way of understanding HIS situation in the hope we get some clarity on ours. Given the probability that Ken wants to communicate with his shareholders but is prevented from doing so without potentially incriminating himself (see Charlie Shrem vs Uncle Sam) then it could appear that it's 'business as usual for Ken' and he might even hold some of that zumzero optimism that you all miss, hehe. Seriously though, we're proper fucked. Double seriously though, I do think there are a few more twists and turns before this thing plays out. Hodling, it's the funky way. Edit; not everyone who receives a product from Ken will post in a bitcointalk thread so there could be moar.
