Stupidity is not the number one factor to consider in judging the poor but discipline. If people don't discipline themselves as if they are rich because we all know only rich people doesn't flaunt money because if they do they are just plain dumb for doing yhat. If you can't even tell yourself to study so you can have a good future then you deserve to be poor. There is also a saying that if you were born poor that is not your fault but if you died poor then that is your fault.

Yes, a lot of time poverty is start on stupidity because i see some poor people are not doing anything to make thier lives grow. Lol you can't say you're poor because of fate? that is the words of desperate people. destiny can be changed if you want to work hard, stupidity is not the main factor why people become poverty, there are many other factors, but indeed stupidity is enough to influence how decisions are made and so forth
