Do you mean "mold"? Yeah, right. If only such government exist, but the reality is they don't. They will show that they care at first but after that they're on their own. It's very stupid actually, why, because the minimum requirement of a decent office job is 2-years of experince, and the ones that are applying are fresh grads.
