But the problem with altcoins is that it needed to be pump hard to get profits, otherwise if will just sleep in the dark. This has a lot to do with the marketcap. Bitcoin being the dominating cryptocurrency in the market with 50% ++ share, the volatility of Bitcoin has reduced over time. Also, the price is at $6k which is a reason of the reduced volatility. Whereas there is a variety of altcoins in themarket with variable marketcap. They are comparatively more volatile and hence, can give more returns. If you are good with charts, altcoins can definitely yield more profit.
