The essence of being rich is having a lot of money, therefore i can say yes money will make people rich. Having plenty of money could give you a very comfortable life, be able to acquire some assets, could buy luxury things in life, can travel anywhere in the world anytime you want, that is only doable if you have plenty of money that is the life of being rich.

Indeed, money is just a tool just to determine the we were rich but the things what makes us really rich is our knowledge. Education is the most precious we will have so take care of it, don't be contented on what knowledge you have now but rather discover more things.
