It depends on why the token/coin went down.  If it's just following the trend bitcoin is going through, just hold it until the market recovers.  If it went down due to a scam, unqualified devs, abandonment, etc, it might be wise to just cut your losses and move onto something better.

If the tokens price goes down you analys a coin and research and its depends the coin you hold. If the coin have potiencial just hold and wait until pump a price and the coin no potiencial just sell and buy again another coin.

Because they aren't really worth to invest especially if it came from this year's ICO. Most of the tokens are going to only one direction and that is same as the others before that are forgotten already.
While they have value, sell it before you end up broke and the coin you are holding doesn't have the value anymore of your total capital invested.

On the one hand people don't invest in coin so much money as they did last year. On the other bounty hunters sell tokens fast and the price goes very low. That is why some projects prefer list their token on Idex first. They want to see how a coin plays on market.

And what investors should do in such situation? Sell all they have for small money or wait until a token will go up?

I'm asking as a person working in such project. After ICO token price went down (KCY, I'm sure you heard of it). And It is interesting to know investor's opinion about such situation.

Well, you just have to wait things out, until you have finally decided to invest a miree potential ICO's. bad new is that most of tokens and coins are going down. I dont know why but it suddenly dived down in the market.

One of the most reason why most of the token are decreasing price because of the bounty hunters after they get their bounty reward they sell it once they listed to the market so that's why the token already decrease fastly. Only few token are still stable or increasing price that who are really potential.
