Token goes down. Wait or sell?

We all know that the situation with market is not that good as we want it to be. Thus it affects a lot of ICO projects. On the one hand people don't invest in coin so much money as they did last year. On the other bounty hunters sell tokens fast and the price goes very low. That is why some projects prefer list their token on Idex first. They want to see how a coin plays on market.

And what investors should do in such situation? Sell all they have for small money or wait until a token will go up?

I'm asking as a person working in such project. After ICO token price went down (KCY, I'm sure you heard of it). And It is interesting to know investor's opinion about such situation.

What is your idea?

 

It seems that investors will ask the developer what strategy the developer will do in this situation. Of course the marketing strategy will be very influential on token growth, and the more tokens listed on the exchange market, the more likely it will be to grow in the future.

The challenging market price situation of crypto now is obvious. Also, many bounty hunters do not have regard for value of tokens anymore. They prefer to dump at low prices. In my own opinion, when I see the price of tokens going down, the best option is to wait because there is no point selling when I know I won't make enough profit at that time. This waiting aspect is what many people do not find convenient doing as they get along in crypto. But as an investor, it is always better to wait for an increase in price so as to make huge profit. In our dealings with crypto, patience and consistency are highly required. Hence, I would suggest you wait whenever you see the token price going down until it pumps again in the market before you think of selling.

We all know that the price nowadays is very low and for me it doesnt look good. But I prefer yo wait and hold it rather than selling it. Just be patient and it will gradually rise up.

Maybe they should sell it to cut some losses and then buy back again when it goes down more and then sell when it goes to the moon. In that way you cut your losses and afterwards to got more profit.

I think it would be better to hold and wait until prices rise again. I understand your feelings. Selling when the token goes down will not recover your loss. But by holding back you have not lost in the true sense.

If token goes down there's no reason to sell it because surely you'll get less profit but of you want to get huge profit then waiting is wise decision because it can bring you lots of profit. Watch the market situation or movement to know when to sell or hold, watching the market is can really help you especially if you want to sell your token in higher price. But since the market now its price is not higher then its better to wait for a while because soon market will rise.

i prefer hold my coins and buy more. all we can do is make use of the situation. i'm pretty sure the market will rise again. it's noy the first time i see this situation.

It's hard to guess, but I think most of the projects in the next year or two will die because they will not stand the competition.
