for now a temporary fix for pools is to increase the automatic payout setting.

Fellow miners, we do have a problem. Transactions fee are killing us, some people set autopayment at 5 DOPE or lower, we charged 0.1 dope txfee, and paid 2-3. You can imagine the result..

We did already cover the loss with our funds but we're going now to raise up minimum withdrawal at 500 DOPE with 10dope txfee (or what Dopey suggests meanwhile he fix the problem).

I feel kinda tricked.
Not only you raised the pool fees a bit fast (that's not that much a problem 1% is fair I guess), but in addition you raised the payout fee to 2%.
Why don't you just raise the minimum payout amount if small payouts are a problem? I need to mine half a day for 500 DOPE and there are some miners with much lower hashrate who are taking much longer to get to the payout. Since I experienced some coin loss at some other coins due to pool crashes I am very cautious with high payout limits (had set a limit of 100 DOPE of my own before, so that transaction fees shouldn't drive the pool owner into bankruptcy).

I don't care about fees. But you want to take me 10 dopes for each transaction ?
Fix a minimum limit. But don't extort us.

Ehm the 10 txfee you're paying .. you're not paying them to us. (seems like you're saying we're taking 2% of your earned coins, but its the network getting them)
We have no problem lowering it. What would you suggest? I'm fine with whatever amount that cover real tx fee, I dont't want any gain on it.

If the transaction fee is 2-3 DOPE/transaction, then I would consider this amount as fair, until dopey fixes the problem.
Also I don't understand why you fixed a payout rate of 500 DOPE. If someone want a 10DOPE payout with the fee mentioned above it shouldn't be your concern, since you don't have to pay any of the fee anymore.
Sorry if I sounded a bit harsh before, as said before I just lost some coins due to pool crashes and I feel much safer if I can keep my coins waiting at pools or sitting on exchanges at a reasonable minimum (of course I am far off calling you a scammer, but unfortunately accidents can happen to anybody).

You got the point, we don't know what is current transaction fee, sometimes it's 0 sometimes is 15! I noticed it cause we were losing funds..
I'll set it to 5. I'm sure Dev will fix it and we can lower it soon. We will lower also minimum withdrawal don't worry.
It would be nice if Dopey can clarify how txfee it's currently calculated, but he and MCG will probably fix the issue before we solve the puzzle.

Hey guys, I am having some problem with http://pool.dopecoin.com/.  When I try to change address in my accounts, it tells me to confirm my email.  When I go to my email confirmation link, I get the error msg, "Unable to activate your account. Invalid token."  I started mining on the site about 1-2 hrs after launch, but did not have time to set up a wallet.  I tried to change my account details about 12 hours ago and submitted support ticket on the contact form with my problem.  No reply from pool yet... Does anyone else have this problem?  I don't see anything I can click to resend email verification.

I think maybe you were having the same problem as me ? are you going into the email on a mobile device or something, usually when you click the confirmation link on the email it will take you to the site, you then login and it takes you to the edit account page which allows you to edit the payment addresses etc
