They are both thier own coin in thier own ways intended for two different kinds of markets. They are both falling fast at the moment as in all alts.

DOPE is down to 90 sat from 400-500 mark and POT also down to 675 sat from the 3000-3500 mark, so if anything POT has lost even more value but they cant be compared.

But if the coin mixing and either a Dopecoin darkmarket and or the integration into one or more of the existing darkmarkets will make the price fly, is still and young coin with a long way to go before it ends up in its intended market. Devs are still pushing hard on this and if they keep it up the coin will survive.
