Hey, I am having problems syncing my wallet.  I haven't opened my wallet for a long time and it was updating fine until block 85802 before it got stuck.  I tried re downloading the wallet from the op page and deleting data files before updating from beginning, it is still stuck at block 85802. 

Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thx

Try this:

1.  Backup your wallet.dat file.  Usually found here:

C:\Users\______\AppData\Roaming\Dopecoin\wallet.dat


2.  Uninstall the client

3. Reinstall the client.  make sure it is the newest version under Help --> About Dopecoin
  v2.1.0.0-g23456789-dope

4. copy your wallet.dat back to C:\Users\______\AppData\Roaming\Dopecoin\wallet.dat

5.  Let it sync and you should be good to go.

Ok, we are planning to fork the coin and take it over. This owner had enough chances to get his coin ready, he REFUSE to COMMUNICATE, so then we need to take the necessary action. Such a asshole.

This coin is not your property or your personal project designed to make you profit.
You have your hand in several IPO scam style coins and have asked me several times to invest in your ventures, which I declined every time.

You have been trying to switch this coin to every new algo that comes out simply so that you can individually profit with no real regard for the longevity of this project.

Like I mentioned before I have been extremely busy with other aspects of my life including a death in the family and have put DopeCoin on the back burner for a couple of weeks. This project does not earn me a paycheck or take care of my family. I don't work for you, owe you anything, or answer to you in any way shape or form.

You really need to back off and honestly.... get a life man, go focus on your scam coins.

I've been sitting on about 4000 dopecoins and im holding them longterm.
I believe because of the hard work of the dopecoin team we will reach that 1 dopecoin is 1 gram of marihuana!
If we would just have 2 coffeeshops to start accepting bitcoins, 1 in the Usa and one in The Netherlands.

This would be ideal, imagine what we could all do if pretty much everybody in this community had money to invest in cool projects(not to mention the ideas we'd get from the ganja we could all suddenly afford ). Next months coming up quick, I think I'm going to increase my Dopecoin stash while the price is so low. BTC prices seem to be on the rise again too(no idea how long it will stay that way). I'm looking forward to what's to come. This coin is still pretty new though to be honest, so yeah these things are to be expected I suppose as it tries to find it's legs. I completely agree that someone should actively be trying to get it promoted in it's intended market place. It seems that's the main place most people want to spend this coin, and they have no outlet to actually do so. This seems to me to be a main reason why people also might leave. Has any attempt been made to do this thus far yet? I'm not 100%, but I'm guessing adding another accepted coin to a marketplace like that would possibly increase their income too as an added incentive to get them to accept Dopecoin. Either way, we should keep up the effort to get Dope to a decent price long term no matter what it takes. <3
