Looks like only a few more days left before the block reward is cut down to a max of 66. Hopefully, I can pick up a decent amount of FATE before then.

Ok guys glad all is going well. My FATE earnings have not been as high due to other CPU mineable coins but I will be coming back shortly to just CPU mining FATE. I am throwing around what I can to get more exposure. Make sure to keep voting on Mintpal and other exchanges for FATe to be added. We are over 300 votes now on Mintpal. If you can throw bitcoin at Fate it will help tremendously on the voting on MintPal.

I would like to know the results of "hobby" miners as well.
How does it go compared to other CPU coins like XPM, HVC, MMC, RIC..?

Fatecoin has been added to The CPU Coin ListThe CPU Coin List is a sortable page of alternate cryptocurrencies that can be mined on your CPU. If you have any corrections or additions, just reply in the thread.

Spatula, do you mean a GPU miner? A CPU miner would be....the wallet...
If you have an nVidia card it'd be Cudaminer, if you have Radeon card it'd be cgminer.
If you post more detail we can probably get you going.
Just one thing though....bear in mind that with GPU mining the difficulty of Fatecoin is random, so it could easily end up being 1000 times the difficulty.

BTW, I've just installed the q111 wallet and started mining but I did get 83 Fate in about 2 minutes... Is this common? I don't think, I wouldn't believe, I've hit the block with my lousy desktop unless I'm extremely lucky.
What would you guys say?
Edit: Nevermind, it's orphaned 83 Coins. Some bad translation of the client in my motherlanguage :-)

Well i have my gpus pointed elsewhere at the moment, and now that HVC is gpu i have some CPUs with nothing to do. I figured i would give this coin a go. With most coins for example, i could use minerd on various PCs and point it back to one PC running a wallet for solo mining. I would rather not install a wallet on all my machines. Any clue on how to go about doing this?
