But it looks like bounty hunters understand ICOs project and are able to determine very good projects before they invest because of their experiences in different projects.

Ofcourse yes, me i am starting investing now in ICO, but i am a bounty hunter. When i receive my tokens from bounty and sell it into Bitcoin or Ethereum i buy coins in ICO and start investing. That is my strategy now because it is good to invest in ICO now, you can get bonus tokens when you buy in their pre sale or in ICO.
