Icos look for bounty hunters to promote their project through the power of social media.Sometimes, some of these hunters also double as ico investors. But it looks like bounty hunters understand ICOs project and are able to determine very good projects before they invest because of their experiences in different projects.

Maybe you will be right at your point but in my opinion it will not be truth for all the bounty hunters because I seen many bounty hunters who don't know anything in cryptocurrency market , they know that they are needed to enroll in campaign and get paid .
But still here we can see another factors also because this forum is getting members day by day in big amount , and most of those members are looking to have job as cryptocurrency advertisement and that leads into a big competition and that competition leads into result for the most of the bounty hunters to join any type of bounty campaign blindly to join , Because they can't sit without doing anything .So here we can't target toward the ICO bounty hunters as a ICO investors , but surely thier hardwork is equal to money because in this forum to have a better place is Avery tough work and also for that we need to give our best to explain , discussion of matters and share knowledge to each other in simple/complicated way .

I think ICOs and bounties are interconnected. If the product of the project is good, good marketing techniques, a competent development team, will definitely produce a successful ICO. ICO who have a good rating will have a lot of bounty campaign enthusiasts. Bounty hunters who have good instincts and find potential ICOs will surely join as investors if they have capital.

It depends if the project succeed and get a huge name in the industry there  is a tendency that the bounty hunters will become investor because their mindset can evolve at its finest because they gonna realize that this type of token or coin is worth it to invest because we can gather a lot from it.
