No its not, although there are some ico that bounty participants is more than on its investors count. It is not so important, because an ICO need to reavh a certain amount to be considered as successful.
For the bounty and being an investor yes like me i am not saying that i am good at looking into an ico but i can distinguish what's good and highly-qualified ico before looking into some ico ratings.

I think bounty hunters are very selective when it comes to investing in ICO and ratio is very low in comparison to other investors. Most of the hunters like to invest in top altcoins which are already listed on exchanges and have a high trading volume.

That's what you correctly understand - I'm like a bounty hunter, confirm that I've participated in the bounty campaigns several times in passing, and acted as an investor in the early stages of the ICO on the same projects. I can not boast of very good results, but I  got some profit from this.
