Hey zoom, I got a shipping confirmation for order 1750 but there was no tracking number. Will I get one?

I just got my 50pack from china, but they came with microusb (not miniusb, which is what the miners actually take!) and no power cables. I saw that you had power cables coming, but what is the ETA on those? i've got 50 expensive paperweights sitting here...
How long did yours take to get to you and where are you located out of curiosity? they were shipped on Tuesday and I got them Friday. I'm in the middle of the USA. I should also mention that this is my 2nd batch I've gotten from Zoomhash--he is a good seller and I think he is quite busy due to the overwhelming demand for his products  |

Since it comes from China for some reason I didn't get a tracking number in my email either. Zoom sent me one via PM but their system will also give you one once it arrives in the US. And for the record, my second order showed up a couple days ago with the proper USB cables. After soldering up some power connectors and splicing it all into a terminal strip they're running smoothly on my raspberry Pi using scripta. I am definitely going to be picking more of these up in the near future and they will all be from Zoomhash, great experience so far. |

Please confirm with the email confirmation you received from us when you ordered. However, we are going to ship yours two days early today not because you complained and made us look up something for no reason. But because we unconditionally love EVERYONE! And for the record, my second order showed up a couple days ago with the proper USB cables. That's reassuring! I was hoping the same thing wouldn't happen to me, no offense  My little test unit is running on a raspi with stock raspbian and the modified cgminer. Pretty much plug and play after installing cgminer. only 1 hw error running at 900mhz for over 24 hours, but I turned them back down to 850mhz because I like seeing 0 HW ;p These are awesome, they don't even get warm, has anyone been running them stacked up on top of each other? |

I picked up 4 units in person at your office yesterday (Saturday). One unit sparked up like a light bulb upon powering up. Can I get a replacement unit? Upon inspection it looks like something burned up behind the usb port.
This was using the brick power supply you sold me.
