Deleteing this thread would be awful idea right now, especially since there is still a tiny glimmer of hope for people with BTC in the site.

And coz users need to reed this and know everything about it . So yes its bad idea to delete this tread.

ED owners are just idiots

they make something that they cannot do ...this thread should be deleted!

I agree with the previous messages and think it would be a terrible to delete the thread.

The ED owners may have think that they cannot allow players to play because the randomness may be compromised and if they pay 1Dice1 they will have lost money which they are not ready to do so they may have decided to steal

Why are so many people advertising Primedice in their signatures, despite it having no referral bonus etc?

But yeah, agreed, this thread needs to stay here because:

1) It gives Ed the chance to come on here and explain
2) It's a good discussion point for anyone with BTC in the site
3) It serves as a nice warning, assuming Ed doesn't come and sort everything out of course.

Because they will get paid. Smiley

How much, and how much are you talking about?

I'd definitely be tempted, but my main problem is I could send you BTC, and if the site comes up again, you could have given me incorrect login details... seems risky, although that's ironic after the amount I've already got stuck in ED Cheesy

Trust - a lot of interesting posts have been made about how important trust should be with players. I would be interested in hearing some thoughts on how a player can decide on what his/her bet limit should be or how many withdrawals are made before increasing the size of their bets. How can a new player make a trust decision when he visits any gambling site for the first time. Imagine new players who are not familiar with this forum what advice do you have for them?

In case someone didn't know, there is a new updated message on the site.

As an operator of the site, again I'm really sorry for the inconvenience and delayed investigation. Cold wallets are currently under control of our major investor (as you can see our bankroll grows in substansial amount in the second day of launch). The major investor will be able to release the coin only after investigation is confirmed and finished.

Why would they give control of their wallets to an investor?

Its really more suspicious. why they gave their cold wallet to investor. are they buying time or what.

No idea.
To be honest, I don't believe what he claims at all (bug on the site, leakage of seeds, internal investigation, and a major investor control the cold wallets).

For people that don't know, ED is claiming to be "out of town and with a health issue".
He also claims that investors are the ones requiring to check eligibility of this payout, because as far as he's concerned "this is secondary".
However, in his eyes, this payout will never be possible without a deal.

Investors are proposing "buying ED's coins" a la Mt.Gox style, and not only here in the forum.

Now he says that one investor got the hands on 243BTC or what it is, and this is the announcement where everything starts to crumble...

Keep eyes on the wallets... transactions are coming! And yeah, because someone asked, his recent IP was found. Not that helps much though.

It is positive that they wrote a new message but I wouldn't be too happy until players/investors can cash out

I don't officially have any money on ED but the money I offered to buy was very low, I actually don't know exactly how much; we'll just see how it goes

I don't think you are a shill, but from what I heard, buying his balance for a few coins and then possibly exchange that for a slice of the house edge - or other benefits for that matter, does not sound ethical to me.
Losing an investment hurts, a recovery should be found, agreed, yet fair and square. Again, any other scenario than 1Dice1 withdrawing balance, is just plain theft. Profiting from it is just unethical in my opinion.

winning is winning....  pay 1Dice1.  i mean if there is a bug .. then its the site owner's fault.  being an investor thats part of the risk prior to deciding to invest.
