@kleineaap as far as I know, I'm probably in the top 3 'losers' in the site, so if I can show patience and a certain degree of faith (that Ed is at least trying to sort out this mess) then I don't see why others can't either. Mistakes were made, no doubt about it, and I'd include the lack of communication with that too... but I genuinely believe Ed is doing all he can to put things right again, which ultimately is the most important thing.
I still think that, assuming 1DiCe1 wasn't cheating, the best thing to do would have been to simply let him carry on betting until he lost it all. Again, I find it quite funny that the majority of sympathy is aimed at him and yet he's one of only two people to come out of this mess (much) better off than when he started. He's still 52 BTC in profit, and no one knows for sure that he didn't use an exploit!
Not in 52 profit, but only around 5. Investors lost their stake either way, by 1DiCe1 winning or ED running with funds. 1DiCe1 is the only end user to be burned here by fould play from the site. Investors lost their investment because that's what it is, a risk. So is everydice run away with the BTC already ? This have been long but still no actualy answer with that . Probably yes. But there is still a bit of hope . So we cant say for sure just yet. People still get contact with everydice ? They should have red or scammer tag by now but i don see that .

So did you not get the 50 BTC from the hot wallet 1DiCe1? As far as I can tell, your withdrawals greatly outweigh your deposits.
And fair points kleineaap, though you mention foul play, it still hasn't been confirmed whether or not there was any from 1DiCe.
I've mentioned my opinion before on the supposed foul play. It's a distraction, stalling. Gives the other investors some faith in getting back their coins and buys time. This is how I'm reading it, I can be wrong though.

Possibly, yes, but either way he owes it to the investors to be 100% sure that 1DiCe1 didn't use any exploits.

Sounds like absolute bullshit. He disappears for days on end without ANY communications. If the problem had been this simple he could have told the public right off the bat. In fact he would have got a lot more sympathy for doing so. He stole the bitcoin, accept it. If you had coins in the site, I am sorry for your loss. These amateurs are the reason everyone in the bitcoin community is so weary of newcomers.

What we heard he gave cold wallet key to main investor. but we cant confirmed this news its true or false. He won't give the cold wallet key containing more than the investor has invested to an investor even if this investor has been contributing with a large amount to the website The administrator may be only an employee and is working for someone who owns the website

I genuinely do not think this is the case, for what (very little) it's worth.

If he was indeed legitimate in his claims he should have handled himself in a far better fashion. All the signs point to him being a thief.

Everyone should read the first page of this thread. In addition to me warning people that this was a possibility, there is also one user who wanted to invest "a large amount" and then asked ED if he wanted to "sell the site other then take donations" (not sure what this means but may be misworded to sell the site and just take commissions). This user also has not posted on BCT in ~3 weeks, which seems to be 1-3 days after all of this going down.
Could be a giant coincidence, could be the two of them were in cahoots since the start, could be ED is telling the truth (yet is/has still acted extremely unethically), could be ED is looking for a scapegoat. Just seems...odd to me.

The site has been close for more than 2weeks and he posted 1message in 2weeks; the probability to get some money isn't zero but it is probably less than 5% Everyone should read the first page of this thread. Very interesting The truth is we don't know who really owned ED : the guy who wrote as ED on bitcointalk, someone else, a group of investors?
