Would be great if they really meant what they said

And I come back to my thought:

Such a shame. The site wouldve become the greatest had it continued to function Sad

Is there anybody to confirm that is received the refund?
Looking forward to see confirmation of 1DiCe1

I have received the withdrawal. However lost like 75% of my investment there. Cannot confirm if the amount received back is correct (wasn't checking the site before it shut down), but looks plausible from the way site had been doing against gamblers.
Glad I didn't invest too much there. JD was a gold mine in comparison.

The bitcoin in the cold wallets (refer to #1704) is still untouched, how can ED settle most withdrawals from investors and players?

If the Bitcoin in the cold wallets was stolen and is still unrecovered, any repayment will have to come from somewhere else. It's not inconceivable that ED sold his site code and is using the proceeds to repay people.

I think douglus also invested on EveryDice, he can confirm that did he received his Bitcoin back or not.
If he confirm then we can surely believe that EveryDice did return the bitcoin to investor and players.

Didn't ED go down while JD was still up and running?

Either way I never made a single deposit to ED, not even to test the site out so and never invested there.

Thanks for your report.
So looks like ED is really trying to solve the problem.

Do gamblers get refunds? Was it a site flaw or just from going offline?

Congrats. Smiley

Well, there is no way you could verify the account balance or account validity back then.
Someone could claim to have an account with 1 btc when he didn't.

they should have all the data.  the site wasn't compromised or anything.  IF you have an existing balance, send an email following the instructions on the site, and ED should sort you out.  So far, no one has complained about not receiving their coins back.

Everyone that has emailed has received their money back (minus losses to 1D1ce1) if you had a balance.
