Great. I was annoyed with the Ultracoin launch, felt I was scammed there, but this is a great idea Bumface. I feel bad for all of those who got scammed out of their Bitcoins.

Ultracoin was one of the very few rare legitamite iPos and was very good for the ones who got in early. Also bum face has been nothing but helpful.

but WITHOUT the fancy wallet? what will be the incentive for anyone that did NOT invest to bother with this? so there will just be a handful of people with millions of a super premined coin?

Since it will just be now another clone with no super wallet? after all it was only those photoshop images that made anyone invest in the first place.

If he had said i am forking litecoin send me some BTC who would have bothered?

Community coin is what this thread came to call it... Relaunch keeps original name.

I also liked the Latin: How does Versoc(c)i Coin sound (VSC)? Or variations like Versovi Coin?  But anyways: relaunch seems to be the best solution now. I just hope the victim-premine does not crash the coin. It has a lot of resistance with non-victims ;pc

I mainly invested because of the wallet trading model. I did not see it before me completely (through which exchange? Bank?) But just price-graphs would have been nice too! That's why I invested. Consensus is that it should follow original specifications - with tweak for compensation model! I personally am always surprised that SHA256 receive so little love. I'd like to see a SHA256 coin... I lack knowledge to give further wishes ;p

Peace!! Except for pandafunkers, Wolong & Stackcoin-dude that now is moving 70 BTC around...

I'm wondering... Why does bitcointalk.org not play a more active role in finding hackers and scammers? I've seen this many time: everybody knows who the hacker whatever is, but nothing happens. Makes the world no fun for honest people who just can't imagine how simple stealing is ;-(
