The feeling is very happy once you prove that we can really earn here in crypto, specifically in bounties where my first cash  received. I guess things are changing slowly for good and a new era will come soon.
Now about my first payment it was really few years back when price of btc was very very low.I generally did some faucets for time pass and few adverts in my free time just to get some free mobile recharges and it really felt good.But now things have really changed and so the price but getting paid first time is really an overwhelming experience.

Well it is quite good for me when i am junior before the payment is good due to the pumping of the bitcoin before but as of now it is very hard to gain profits but still you need to be patience for it
