Can you invest in ICO in bear market?

As you can see, we were in a down market for more than a year technically and in the high season, it was risky because the ICO market was already saturated, investing in ICO at that time is worse than gambling and there is no exception to the project! Numerous ICOs can not deliver on basic things and these projects are blamed for ETH's price drop. I'm not against ICOs, but I think it takes a deep reflection in that market urgently.

Yeah, with the market condition right now, it's really risky to invest on ICO right now, your investment funds will stuck on ICO and the value will go down.

I think ICO is not good anymore in bear market, i guess it's time to move to IEO, it's same like ICO but it's the better one.

In the bear market, many ICO projects have postponed their process, I don't think investing in ICO during the bear market period is a good idea. We should wait for the market to have better improvements to join that would be better

to my opinion, in this bearing market investing ICOs is not a good choice for us to invest in because it is unstable and the percentage of failure of an ICO can rise much higher due to less investors or more scammers to persuade people invest in ICOs with many promises that can get huge profit when the price is low, so i will stay away from ICO but keep holding to my altcoins.

Indeed, whether you invest or not you are still risking yourself to just monitor the market or you will get involved. That's a hard decision honestly especially right now that ICO is being ruined by many scammers. The trust is still the issue, to be safe try not to participate on many project this year.

you are right, I am also not going to invest my money in the ico which is not really good. now I prefer buying the ethereum and eos for the long term than I invest ico. Although there is now a pretty good most of the ieo.

Now we know that investing in ICO during the bear market is an extreme risk and it is easier to win roulette than to earn money at ICO during the bear market. It is the best time to invest in ICOs. They are already stripped down for hype. In fact, most people will view them through a much skeptical lens. Also, it would be the cheapest price you can get. Of course, due diligence is still required for possible scams.

Depends on the type of ico if its a working product with god hype i can join in . But most importantly i would love to invest in IEO it has god roi when they list on exchange

Now market is experiencing very tough situation and now is very tough task to gain profit by investing ICO. So i can't invest in ICOs. But hopefully market will be recovered soon then i will be back.

I don't like joining Iico because many of them scam and have very cheap prices when listing on the market, so when market situation is bad like now I prefer investment ethereum and bitcoin

Depends on the type of ico if its a working product with god hype i can join in . But most importantly i would love to invest in IEO it has god roi when they list on exchange

IOE is a transformations system from ICO,, maybe IEO is better than ICO
but, i see a few good project with working product still conduct an ICO,
for now a huge hype coming to IEO,, but maybe in the future everything will change

The hardest time to invest is in a bear market. You end up purchasing little amount of tokens for more ETH or BTC. But it's also a good time for projects to collect good sums of money during their crowdfunding, as ETH or BTC goes up, so does the value of the funds raised.

The question now is, will you invest in ICOs, or stick with investing in market dips (buy low, hodl and wait to go up and sell), or simply trade in bear markets?

If you noticed kast 2017 during the bull market there is more ICO was successful and gives more profit to the investors in just few months only. But after the bull market they started bear market in the year 2018 which is More ICO are scam and not sucessful that became the market become down or worst. This year 2019 they have hope that the popularity of the ICO will shine again but Im still waiting.

Because of lots of scams my confidence about the investments are ICO was little bit late used so if the problems was gone and solved then only why conference will came to me again about the investment till then I am waiting for the changes to invest
