In a bear market, all prices can go both ways since there are some coins that go against the overall trend. IMO, I would still invest in 100% legit ICOs such as Menlo One or even Eloncity since I am more worried about not being able to get the position I want rather than paper losses. I think this way mainly because I go for long term holding and I choose only projects with the highest potential.

ICO participation is totally different because if we invest on ICO it is depends on the project worth so bear market is not affected the ICO investment. Nowadays many peoples are fear to participate on Crypto investment so all are expecting some good positive results because current dump is affected the many investors. IMO, investing in ICO during the bear market is really risky because ICO rates are heavily dependent on BTC and ETH. If the BTC and ETH rates fall, most ICO projects will postpone listed Token to the exchange floors. Investing in ICOs at this time is not a good idea.

Bear market will end soon and ICOs will give good ROIs again. I'm waiting new bull-run in October after ETF on Bitcoin approval by SEC on September, 30. But only best ICOs are in my radar: Origo, CertiK, MoonLight, Spatium. DYOR!

Not sure why Menlo One or Eloncity seldomly get mentioned but I think that these projects are one of the best for this year as well.. A decentralized ICO marketplace and a renewable energy project with very responsible team members.

It will really depend on the project itself, so many ICO in the past months and most of them succeed on it and its value are still high after the bounty hunters dump their token. I would suggest to invest only with great project so your money will be worth it. Actually most of the ICO right now will last for at least 3-5mos so I think the market that time will be in the good position now and your investment will become profitable.

No, I can't invest in ICO when market is very bearish like we see right now. The main reason is because the possibility of us getting profit or ROI from the ICO in question is very small.
