Not in the actual moment that the market is falling but more likely after or once recovery have taken place. Dumps are known to be temporary and whenever it is occuring, the market value of the tokens are becoming low making it cheaper to invest. Huge token holding would result to huge profit once recovery happen and that is the biggest advantagr of investing during dumps, the problem is that there's no assurance on which one would be a profitable crypto to invest.
