I agree with what you say, even though it's not entirely true. what we can do with coins fully in control is in our hands. but, we cannot control the market price of the coin itself. I mean, we can't raise and lower the price of every coin we have.

Not really into that, because as I have observed, sometimes on the cryptocurrency space, there are instances that there is a big factors or entity that can control the market flow, the individuals you are pertaining to are no longer the bowl since we can consider whales to do that thing and we are just going with the flow I guess.

You have made a good comparison but I will like you to know that only a few percentage of bitcoin users can control the market and not everyone. That’s why sometimes we see some upward price movement even when we don’t expect as against the Technical analysis and people say bitcoin has a mind of its own.
