what is nxt-e saying about refunding our coins?
i asked them a message but apparently there is like 22 questions in que (wow such many)
what they say, are we gonna get our money refunded in btc.
bought 193k faircoins for 0.21 bitcoins, therefore those faircoins where fake and i should get those bitcoins back to my account.
are they gonna do it or not, this is taking forever.
if you bought after the fork, despite everybody telling you not to, don't expect your money back you took the risk some times it pays out some times it doesn't

Again, about NXT-E.
I summarize some of their points:
1. They thought it's the dev who create the fork and sold 15m FAC to cash out.
2. They thought the dev is Chinese scammer. He kept a huge amount of FAC to wait for cash. Funny is all staffs of NXT-E are Chinese.
3. They said they did nothing wrong. They said they were informed too late so it's the dev's fault. (So Satoshi should pay for those losing their money on Mtgox. Mtgox did nothing wrong!)
4. They said unless the dev paid for the loss or "combine" the fork, otherwise they will stay on the forked blockchain. That means those users who deposit their real coins won't get their coin back.
5. You can see several pages before. There are several Chinese character posts saying FAC is dead and no exchange will accept it. They are from NXT-e working QQ group.
6. Likely, they will blame me as they think I am another account of the dev.
7. I love their logic. But they don't love ours. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You got the idea. That's what happen with exchanges operated by students in a garage. To be honest and a bit cynical, the only person to blame is the one who trusted them in the first place. Now take your losses and move on. Stop giving your trust so easily, stop giving them a reason to exist. Count for Coins, IPO, Exchanges, and pretty much everything involving money.

Guys how can i check if I've updated my wallet correcly?
if your client version is v0.9.0.1-gdf9d55a-beta then you are okay, you can check that by going to Help>Debug Window Yep up to date and everything but still will not sync - anyone else? use these node addnode=107.170.78.230:46392 addnode=193.219.117.63:46392 addnode=80.34.35.221:46392 addnode=161.53.40.242:46392

You bought after the fork, SoulEater. You won't get a refund. I'm 100% positive about that. Most exchanges wouldn't even care about refunding. Poloniex is the only exchange that cares about its customers. You took a huge risk doing that.

what we can see here is that poloniex have little more experience in dealing with unpredictable events.

There is a danger of this thread being turned into an NXTe flamewar, perhaps an NXTe thread should be started?

nxt-e, are you stupid? how do you find the dev is chinese? Do you think chinese dev would distribute most all the coins? maybe you have an excuse that the last 15 m didn,t send out, actually it was done, ok!! DONT get a silly excuse. You are a platform, you should service for customer ok. you would lost your customer and credit if you always want to hold your benefit!

Let's blame the creator of DOGE, of WDC, and so on Even with automatic checkpointing it's still possible.
