Current marketing strategy is the forums, CMK, & word of mouth the articles and blogs of people that already know about ZEIT.
ZEIT has been around over 3½ years most people in the crypto field have an least heard of it.
At this point in time , paid marketing does not make any sense yet.
Paid Marketing won't make any sense for a few years.

I sold a third of my bitcoins this week over $450 bucks. Actually selling is not right. I exchanged them for American Eagles and Canadian Maples. Most of these bitcoins were mined when prices were in double digits. Last time I sold this much was when prices were above $1000 in that big massive bubble. I'll hold the remaining third part for spec but at this point, future doesn't look as promising as it once did. So much infighting,

 

You Sold bitcoin for $450 when it is now over $8000 for silver and gold. LMFAO

Considering how shitty your investing skills are , it is almost like we are guaranteed to be in the top 10 coins in a year or two.

My money is on ZEIT, you don't believe in it , don't invest in it,

You can download a blockchain snapshot so after installing it , it only takes about 1 day to sync.

Showing 14 active connections here.  Sometimes if you're syncing you may want to close and reopen the wallet every 5 hours or so.

1.  Be sure your wallet is locked /encrypted
    (Unlocked wallets try to stake and that slows down the sync.)

2.  Be sure you have open your firewall, so it is not blocking other wallets.
     In windows, control panel, windows firewall, click allow a program thru windows firewall, add zeitcoin

ZEIT has a 30 second block speed, so the coin transfers are very fast, side effect it takes longer to sync.
Click on Help and debug window and you can watch it sync the blocks at Last Block Time.
If it does not update Last Block Time after ~10 minutes, then a restart of the zeitwallet would help speed it up.


 

Update FYI:
Just did a sync test with a locked wallet, It took 24 minutes to sync 24 hours worth.
So basically about 1 hour was synced per minute during the test.
10 connections were active and it was with the last wallet code released, that used DNS seeds instead of irc.

* one more thing you can test , is be sure you downloaded the DNSseed version from the website, then rename your peers.dat to peers.old , start the dnsseed version and it will create a new peers.dat and see if that improves your sync time. *

Most of us that have been part of this coin since day 1 realize it's very undervalued.  0.25US is not out of the question but it will take time and it looks like we'll have to drain the massive supply of whoever is suppressing this coin.

Without the change to low inflation , we would be lower than a litoshi.

The ULI was not an option but a requirement, that had to be done.
