Hi,

i try to run zeitcoin wallet from diffrent folder (romanig)

a make this shortcut with these in command:

mklink /j C:\Users\SKEN\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin D:\miniranje\Zeitcoin

after enter it is ok and I get folder but I can not run wallet...

I get this error Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Libary

for all other wallet this works but bor this do not work...

any idea how to fix this?

Don't use mklink .

Copy the Zeitcoin folder to the location your want it.

Example:  moving from C:\Users\SKEN\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin

copy Zeitcoin folder to D:\miniranje\

When you start zeitcoin-qt.exe add the -datadir=D:\miniranje\Zeitcoin
zeitcoin-qt.exe -datadir=D:\miniranje\Zeitcoin

This will make it use that folder instead of the default folder under Roaming.

run it from a command prompt or right click on the desktop shortcut to zeitcoin-qt.exe select Properties and add it to the line called target

this is how I try do to this:

1. I move map from roaming calded "zeitcoin" to my new disk

2. I make shorcut of zeitcoin-qt to my desktop

3. this -datadir=D:\miniranje\Zeitcoin
zeitcoin-qt.exe -datadir=D:\miniranje\Zeitcoin  do not work....I try to put in comand promed and I try to copy to shortcut to the target...

my original roaming file for zeitcoin is:  C:\Users\SKEN\AppData\Roaming\zeitcoin


I would like to have all files for wallet zeitcoin to this destination: D:\miniranje\zeitcoin

I use -datadir=  , all of the time it works fine, you are doing something wrong.

Post a screen shot of the shortcut properties including target line.
Post a screen shot of the folders d:\miniranje\  and \miniranje\zeitcoin
Post a screen shot of the error when you try and run it.

You fud in here, and promote a worthless erc token.

And get surprised , when a member of the ZEIT community points out that your worthless erc token was created by a guy named karl that created 6 companies within 2 months is the director in all six and is the original source of your token. Even in your token forum multiple users have pointed out your token is a scam.

You pop in and try and manipulate people by posting nonsense , such as dead coin , and lie and say we never been over 1 sat,
when I posted the peak history reference showing we had once peaked at 14 sat, you dropped the lie and just posted dead coin.

Your Childish manipulations were not welcome here which is why your posts were deleted by the ZEITCOIN admin.

You can try this first, but if does not help , you going to have to make the screen shoots before I can see what you are doing wrong.

1. Copy the zeitcoin-qt.exe to d:\
2. Modify the desktop shortcut to the following.
Target  =>   D:\zeitcoin-qt.exe -datadir=D:\miniranje\Zeitcoin
Start in =>   D:\
3. double click on the shortcut


if that did not fix it for you, then I need to see what you are doing to help you.
You need to use a service that lets you upload pictures
such as https://imgbb.com/

Then post a link to the pics.

You hit the Print Screen Key and then paste the screenshot into Paint, then save file and upload it to a service like above.
Then post a link to it in your post.
Post a screen shot of the shortcut properties including target line.
Post a screen shot of the folders d:\miniranje\  and \miniranje\zeitcoin
Post a screen shot of the error when you try and run it.

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed Cryptopia's Support has gone to shit since Hex & Saadam have quit running the exchange?  

They may have dropped fbombs all over the place, but God Bless them , they knew how to keep a coin in Sync.

Which is more than I can say for the current support techs there.

I have 140K zeitcoin....when is get start stake in wallet?

Blocks over 24 hours old are eligible to stake.
But the block will not stake until it out completes other blocks for the stake.

Blocks with 1 million coins usually stake every 2 days or so.
At 140k in 1 block , it may take you anywhere from 2 to 10 days before it stakes.
Your coin weight per block increases every day it does not stake, so on day 8 , your block of 140K will have a coin weight over 1 million coins.
(8 days * 140000 coins= 1,120,000 coin weight)

But the only way to know for sure is to let it run and see as the network changes constantly.

Snapshot : Less than 24 hours
Bootstrap:  usually 48 to 72 hours , depends on how fast your CPU is and available ram

Sync from scratch can takes weeks verses the above methods.

So use the snapshot or bootstrap if you are a new user for your initial sync.

FYI:
I point this out for a reason, new users that don't use the snapshot or bootstrap are being an unnecessary drain on everyone's network bandwidth for weeks at a time.
At some point , old users that are synced are going to start blocking new users that are too lazy to use the snapshot or bootstrap.
So lets avoid that and all new users , use the snapshot or bootstrap.

As far as I can tell Cryptopia is just sitting on their hands doing nothing.
It does not take that long to sync a blockchain.

Their support has really gotten bad since that new CEO took over.

Zeitcoin never had any problems there when Hexx was running the place.
