You can not pay cash, if you pay cash, no one will invest, just join the campaign and earn bonuses. But as far as I pay tokens it is pretty good, maybe just one of the choices or of those involved in encryption.

Sometimes i use to ask why is it not possible to be paid bounty money in cash why is it alway's that is only paid in token anybody that can explain more please?
The company is trying to make its project more popular and wants many people to have their coins in their purse and that's right. If the team will work, then you can sell the company's coins at a very good price.

Is not possible to pay that way. The ICO got ETH/BTC during the sale.
There are a lot of legalities to pay a cash and not easy to transfer a cash on multiple accounts. The government will apprehend you.

I think,it will be difficult to happen that you will be paid in bounty campaign in a cash. Because,we know that every bounty campaign are obviously happening only on the cryptocurrency world. Never expect a cash on every tasks that you've done and be rewarded.

As the writer thinks, it is difficult to do so in this ICO market. For ICO companies, it is very dangerous for investors to invest their capital in a situation where they have to attract investments to raise their capital, so it is best not to let ICOs pay for it directly to bounty or air drop I think there is no room. I hope they keep in mind that they are not charitable donors.

That is what everybody wants like us who participates in bounties that our rewards can be an instant cash payment in our wallets so that we can easily use it, no time to wait for how many months, its a good idea if that really happens im glad to this topic who knows it is possible to come someday.

It would be a great option. I think many would be happy if at least part of the earnings were paid in dollars, Bitcoin or Ethereum. In addition, it would be better for the token rate after the ICOs.

What is the use of MEW if we paid by cash instead of tokens.. We are paid by tokens because we are using the rules created by the founder of this world of crypto.

Well it is possible but there will be no benefit for the company by doing that I guess. They pay in the token for their own good and their own marketting of the tokens.

It's important you understand that in cryptocurrency space, cash is not involved. It's virtually impossible to pay cash to every participant in a bounty program owing to the fact that participants are from diverse countries and use different government issued fiat in their country. Secondly, the bounty program is an option to get some tokens which investors are expected to buy, so giving you the opportunity to get same token at the ICO's value. Few projects pay bounty hunters with ethereum and Bitcoin and that's the best we have in the cryptocurrency space.

Just like any company, managing a startup is not easy. For this reason some ICOs decide to offer their tokens instead of fiat currency or any stablished crypto due to lack of funding.

However, that is not the only reason - Some ICOs also want to avoid any kind of sanction imposed by authorities, calling their tokens "utility tokens" so they get labeled as assets and not investments and for that reason it's not regulated or protected. Reason why the U.S. decided to not legally allow regular people to invest in them, leaving it only to experienced investors.

More info here: https://hackernoon.com/utility-tokens-vs-security-tokens-what-the-future-of-icos-will-look-like-faa9017e8aa8?gi=8375d8ac9d26

And the more obvious reason: Most ICOs are scams and because of that they can avoid legal repercussions, since they are not really an investment legally - basically people is at their own risk. Same thing happens when you participate in a bounty.

Some sites check deeply before allowing them to participate, protecting their users and their own reputation. For that reason if you want good rewards look for ICOs with good funding and make sure you are in a good site like this one.

If is possible but no ico team will do it in my opinion. Because if they give payment with cash there will be so many fee and if they have cash money they will use it for project devolope.

I think that this will never happen because it is not particularly beneficial for the developers of the project

The project can pay bounty reward with cash but why would they? The reason for an ICO is to raise funds and bounty programs help them to gain more attention from the public. So, they are concerned about the mass adoption of the tokens they are selling. The more people they can get to have their tokens, the better for the project.

I think it is definitely possible, and convenient for the bounty hunters as they could get paid faster and the rewards would be more valuable, at the same time I think that ICO would be devaluating their own tokens by not giving them away, that would be like saying that they don't have a future.

it is possible, but what we do follow in here is what developer choose. if they choose to pay us with a token, so we don't have any option to follow it. maybe they have their own reason why pay bounty member with token instead of cash

It is surely possible but it is just that the team behind a project are the ones with power to choose whether they would pay rewards with the use of fiat or not. Also, the essence of cryptos would be gone in such way because bounty programs are released in order to promote a particular token in the market so using fiat as payment would be nonsense. I think this won't be a problem since tokens can be converted into fiat.

Of course it is possible. However, this is a matter of liquidity. So I don't think people would be doing this. They are raising funds after all and they would rather pay you with something that can be converted into cash

It is possible to be paid for bounty in cash instead of token. But companies won’t do this because the bounty campaign is to promote the project and collect money during ICO. But paying of bounties in the project token is the best way. As it won’t cost much to pay participants using tokens.
