I think there is no one can predict that because crypto market is unpredictable.
In this bottom market, dont just wait. Instead waiting, why not buying some good coin with this bottom price ?
It can be very profitable once the market come back to a green market.

For my own opinion cryptomarket will recover this coming December, because previous experienced from last year this month was the highest value of bitcoin reached up to $19k plus. Then I think the big whales will make a history that great than last year, that's why I believe that bitcoin price or value of this year is much higher to reached than last year. So let us wait and see this great recovery soon.

I think the cryptocurrency market is cyclical. Rich people made themselves even more money last year because of the hype around cryptocurrencies. It was probably a manipulation. This cycle must be repeated, but it will take time. I think it takes another couple of years for people to be ready to invest big money in cryptocurrencies again.

It's quite difficult to say when the market will rise because of the recent rise of fake news affecting the market. And also big Whales are manipulating the market also as many pumps were seen during previous days which didn't last more than 2 days. It might take a long time, if we are looking at the previous markets and how long it takes them to rise then we could be looking at a couple of years here, there is always a wide gap between bull markets and it always take a bit of waiting on our part before we can get back there. I would say about two years waiting time, give or take a couple of months with it.
