Obviously, panic selling only brings losses, but being a lose bag holder may bring even bigger losses. One should trade according to market condition and convert to BTC/ETH on time before losing even more. If the project is fundamentally strong and is going down cause of some FUD, thats the time when you should accumulate and average out so that you can later sell on some middle prices and come out in profits.
