I guess EXE did not make it on Cryptsy this round. EXE is 4th on the list.

BigVern @cryptsy
The following markets have been added:  BC/BTC, SPA/BTC, BAT/BTC

You can buy votes off them for bitcoins. I bet some dev just paid a load of money to get their coin on there. It does not mean anyone will buy it though.

Attention everyone!

We're constantly working to make Execoin better and we need some support from the community. Execoin development fund is almost empty now, but we still need funds for bounties to improve and promote Execoin!
We also created a BTC wallet for the fund, donations in EXE and BTC will be greatly appreciated!

The new site looks awesome and I'm excited about the integrated charts, network info and mining calculator that's coming. Nice work.

I already paid for votes BTC0.05 and will pay again in a few days.
Cryptsy will add a coin only if it's got at least 12000-15000 votes.

Let's buy them and get on the market.
And when we are on Cryptsy it's more likely we'll get to Chinese markets as well.

Guys, it's time to give it a push.

This coin wasn't premined, so it's not devs who need to promote it.
They've already done enough to push it really high.
And now it's our turn to get involved and do what we can.

Please buy as many votes as you can.
Few people have already agreed to spend BTC0.1 on votes.
Please join us.

@zerxus, don´t you think its better to support the devs than spending it on votes? I mean they were smart enough to build an excellent coin without premine or ipo, etc. So i believe we should trust them to spend our donations on whatever they think is the best for EXE. At least I will support them as long as i see improvements and promotion coming. About getting onto cryptsy fast, right, i was trying to do the same at first, buy cheap EXE, wait to get on cryptsy, double my money on the first pump and forget it. But after i took a closer look on this coin and realized the tremendous potential it has i changed my mind. Its clear that EXE is a perfect long term investment coin and getting into cryptsys pump and dump game too soon could break it. Why take a 2x profit if you can get 100x, only very few coins can offer this and this one is on its way, check the 3 exchangers it went up from less than 1 BTC to over 10 BTC on daily trades(This coin was launched only 1 month ago). Best rated stability factor on coinwarz. EXE is a winner but the long term success depends totally on devs and our community to support them.

Sorry for my english, my native language is german.

I have about ~600KHs.... so I do not mine much coins, but I mine on exe.dedicatedpool.com and donate there. All the donations goes to the execoin fund. If all of us even donate 1% this will trigger a pretty good amount. To this point of time there are about 450EXE given to the execoin fund to support the devs.   Please join the cause!... or you can mine at http://pool.execoin.net/ where the pool fee goes to the execoin fund.

Hi Walter,

Thanks for sharing your opinion.
I agree with the points you outlined, however, I believe your post is missing a key moment.

If you look around and check how other coins were or weren't promoted, you'll see that getting on Cryptsy is a necessary step that we must make. Make it too soon (before your coin had enough development and promotion done) - and it will look like another shitty coin just entered the market.
Make it too late and you'll join the market after your competitors and clones have done so.

EXEcoin already has its clones and they are obviously not just sitting and doing nothing.
They promote their coins.
And I don't think any of us wants EXEcoin to lose the momentum and let other coins to overtake it in this race.

Getting on Cryptsy is just one of the many steps we need to make, including getting on Chinese markets. And biggest Chinese markets wouldn't add EXEcoin unless it's on Cryptsy.

Now look what happens if we keep mining and do not push this coin to other markets. The number of coins issued will increase, but the number deals/trades will be roughly the same (same number of markets, roughly same number of players). And the price will start going down along with the faith in the coin.

Hitting Cryptsy and Chinese markets will increase the number of trades, so it will be on par with increase of the coins volume.
That's why time works against us. We need to keep that in mind.

Now few words about the devs team.
No doubt they've done a great job so far, I'm pretty sure they've been working really hard to have such a good launch and promotion.

But why would we think that they are more interested in promoting this coin then us???

This is a key moment. This coin wasn't premined.
Devs could have had a bit of benefit of low difficulty mining at the launch time, but do we really think that they mined enough to pay for the efforts they put into this coin during this month?
Even if they have the same mining rigs as we do - they are still in the same position as the other miners.
And they do a thousand times more than the others.
Because we hardly do anything to promote it.

I think it's time for us to think ahead and do what we can to help them.
Like EXEcoin website on your Facebook page.
Tell about the coin to your friends/miners/investors.
Think if any of your friends may agree on accepting EXEcoin as a payment for their business.
And push it to other markets including Cryptsy to increase the turnover of the coin.

Let's do it ourselves. Let's help them to make us richer.
