Discord isn't a support platform. It is a place to hang out for our community and we do not give support through there. We have secure email support as well as live chat available which is the better option to help promote the safety of our community.

I am not on the tech side but it might have to do with the overall change to the platform and the way things work in relation to it. Now it isn't just staking and masternodes, there is also the smart contracts and possibility for dApps (among other things) so this may have something to do with the change.

EDIT: It's a UI feature that just hasn't been developed.

There is no current ETA for deposits to be enabled. Energi has requested they stay disabled at this time so we can verify the functionality and security of the new platform. We will post announcements as new information becomes available.

EDIT: Trading and withdrawals should be available on most, if not all, exchanges currently. It is only deposits that Energi has requested stay disabled.

This is outdated information about Energi. You should update it to the new platform before posting here so that people are aware that there has been a major change from a Dash based platform to an Ethereum based platform with smart contract capabilities and opportunity for dApps to be moved over (among other changes).

Both your accounts were banned for OTC trading which is CLEARLY stated as against the rules. Don't try to claim it is a moderator issue when you willingly violate the rules.

They were actually both banned for the link you are now posting here which further shows the moderator's were in the right to remove your accounts since it is obvious that they are both your account and not the "friend" that you claimed they were.

I think you should send an email to the NRG team to help solve your problem, because it seems that email is better than you posting here. I have experienced problems with Earndrop (as I recall) and they respond normally 1-2 days, but can be faster. Or try to make a ticket on their discord channel.

Yes, we remember you. You had all the partial information to try and show everything was just awful and have no clue how anything works (or just tried to spread FUD and negativity). Basically, all your math was flawed but you refused to listen to anyone and just closed your eyes, plugged your ears and ignored people with more knowledge than you.

As stated to our community repeatedly, we have requested deposits to be disabled while we are monitoring the new Gen 3 chain and platform as well as security reasons. I realize you don't want to hear or understand this but it is a fact.

I don't see how anyone can exit when deposits are closed for EVERYONE but this just shows more how you like to use partial information to attempt to spread lies in the community. This is the exact reason that your account was banned on Discord, spreading lies and false information to do whatever you can to make the project look bad (really, just makes you look bad).

Well, I'm glad to tell you that people can easily see that you don't have any clue about anything and are just trying to spread your lies and misinformation. I would ask that you actually look into Energi properly before making your posts but we both know that you would rather spread false accusations, flawed information and outlandish claims, so no research is required by you.

You claimed Energi was an exit scam and inflated the price to sell. Well, you showed your flawed information because the treasury funds aren't on the market. That's why I say you are doing nothing but lying. You show it with those posts and your false claims.

1 - Not on the tech side but it is visible for everyone to see and we are very transparent.
2 - Inflation drops constantly as has already been explained but you choose to ignore this repeatedly.
3 - Blocked deposits already explained but you ignore that as well.
4 - Spreading negativity just to spread negativity and your false information you were trying to spread was the reason for removal. You were not trying to have a conversation, you were completely ignoring anything that did not fit what you wanted it to.
5 - Volume on exchanges is not in Energi's control so no idea why you even bring that up.
6 - This is your claim and it really makes no sense. Care to bring forward some evidence other than just your random "deposits don't work (but they do if you bribe the exchange)" claims? Since that has been explained repeatedly, there is no more to be said about it other than because you believe something, it doesn't make it fact.

I have answered your questions and you will proceed to ignore it so I am done with you. Your lies, accusations (without any proof of course) and your unwillingness to consider anything that doesn't fit exactly what you want (proven repeatedly) tells me it is a waste of time to respond any more.

I will also add (since I have a minute), you already said you are back on Discord through a VPN so you are aware there was a problem today that tech is working on. This 100% justifies why deposits are closed yet you ignore this important fact when you post whatever you want people to believe.
