Dear Customer,
All USB Hubs must be powered by 5 volts. Please double check and make sure you do not make a mistake and accidentally power your USB hub with any other sources other than a 5 volt source.
Make sure you do not power your hub with the same source as your Gridseed Miner. (Do not use the gridseed miner's 12 volt power source).
Especially if you are cutting wires from another ATX PSU.

Zoomhash I didn't get a HUB. So I used my old one. It didn't work with 5V.... So NOT all USB hubs are 5v then huh.  |

I'm on vacation right now but will follow up with them when I get back into town. I'm just going to RMA the entire thing. I confirmed only 2 gridseeds work out of 10.

I did. Haven't received mine, but then again I ordered Thursday and got a tracking number I think on Fri. Should be here soon. I ordered with my cc 2x worked fine. I have 15 pieces online 12 from zoomhash I look to boost to 17 then 19 total of about 6700-7000 kh |

Our CC processor is shopify payments. We hold 0% of anyones' payment data unless its bitcoins . |

Hi ZH/Michael,
I just put in a smaller order (Order ID is: #2832) for two 20 packs to keep things simple. I put in a note to ship the same way as before from China. Hope you can see to it that your shipper sees the instructions.
I will be in Hongkong the end of this month and maybe I can pick up more when I'm there.
