Please.. someone put up a working pool. I have 10MH I want to throw at this ASAP.
Mine solo, Diff is incredibly low ! Fuck... My computer guy who sets me up is in a rush, he says it takes long to set up 5 rigs to solomine, that means 5 wallets. How long should the set up take so I can tell him hes crazy and it take no time. am I right? let all rigs mine to the the same wallet in the network... how to do that? What is the conf file for that? look a few pages ago...just copy the cgminer and .conf of both (change username and pass of course) Hehe what a shock you approve after apparently syncing up on block 2
LUCKILY though, everyone else who did NOT sync on block 2 or before the diff rocketed will bust this scam coin dead in a few hours.
Synced on block 2 lol ... diff was about 0.000000002 then so congratulations you scammed a ton of easy blocks that will now be worth zero.
I synced up at block 157 { "blocks" : 157, "currentblocksize" : 0, "currentblocktx" : 0, "difficulty" : 0.00024414, "errors" : "", "generate" : false, "genproclimit" : -1, "hashespersec" : 0, "networkhashps" : 585252, "pooledtx" : 0, "testnet" : false } solo mine einsteinium.conf listen=1 daemon=1 server=1 gen=0 rpcuser=user rpcpassword=pass rpcport=10254 rpcconnect=127.0.0.1
startmining.bat cgminer --scrypt -o http://127.0.0.1:10254 -u user -p pass current block { "blocks" : 727, "currentblocksize" : 1000, "currentblocktx" : 0, "difficulty" : 0.19075271, "errors" : "", "generate" : false, "genproclimit" : -1, "hashespersec" : 0, "networkhashps" : 33899124, "pooledtx" : 0, "testnet" : false } EMC2: ELUJ7kEVxLFWfkUdSmt54dyWG8VEiTaNxq Should I change "-o http://127.0.0.1:10254" to something else if the wallet is on another computer? Just copy the wallet.dat on each computer and run wallet-qt on each. No matter if every computer has its own wallet sw open if they has the same .dat file. Also why you use that port? OP says 41879

Pool:
https://emc2.suprnova.cc0.5 % Fee, Stratum + VDiff etc. There is something weird with the daemon, fixing now, Solomine ! Why are you spamming us with a pool that won't accept registrations? You're a troll. Its not spam! Oh dear.... and I was just going to do your maths for you, oh well, tough shit. It is spam when it serves no useful purpose, like advertising a pool you can't join.... I'm sure at a point around the same time as the original post about the pool that it was working.

you need rpcthreads=20 in your config or however many machines you have. It defaults to 4.

Let me explain the reason why stealth ninja lauches are BAD and open to being total scams

+ had to compile from sources, 15 minutes late compared to Windows users. 15 minutes maybe on raspberry pi. what cpu? Windows users had to virustotal plus run the risk of an undetected trojan (*). Now pick your poison *no offense intended @einsteinium, just standard good practice.

There is a small issue with the stratum implementation that is specific to EMC2 and the donation/block system.
Our team is has been working with the pools and we have a beta fix posted on github https://github.com/einsteinium/EMC2-Stratum-Mining
Any pool owners wishing to set up a pool for EMC2 may want to review this code first.

15 minutes maybe on raspberry pi. what cpu? Windows users had to virustotal plus run the risk of an undetected trojan. Now pick your poison sources were not available at the same time as executables, that's why. having sources does not exclude trojans, it takes also time to review the code if someone wants to be careful (but you can shorcircuit that by looking at the diff of litecoin vs einsteinium git)
