I fall in love in this coin. From 1 March my 7870 work allday long Smiley and i must buy another 10-15k while price not big Smiley is it true is that the part of hashpower go to processing of scientific data?

Yes! Every block we mine donates a 2% portion to the Einsteinium fund wallet which is then used to donate to furthering science based on a voting system. We all are able to vote on the projects we would like to see get funding. See current nominations here: http://einsteinium.org/nominations/

Always room for more ideas and development of all things both currency and foundation related.

If you guys like those changes, i can go through the rest of the website tmrw. I already see basic grammatical errors as well as spots that could flow better. Let me know

I like the changes so far. As great as the Einsteinium team did getting what they did ready for launch, there's always room for more polish.

Yep, I love the changes too, I noticed last night that there were some minor issues on the site regarding the grammar used. That will polish out real nice no worries there.

King, Were adding people to the team daily, getting projects started and some almost completed. There seems to be a never ending uphill battle with the to-do-list but I can assure you we're working on it day and night from all corners of the globe.

Thanks for showing your love for this great project.

This coin have some interesting features, something to keep watching for sure.

I really like the way the donations work, with no pre-mine to flood the market.

Good job!

That's what caught my attention~

By the way:

The current Amount of the funding-wallet can be found here : http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/Einsteinium/q/addressbalance/EKnqTC9XEuucZEhD3miDGnbJxBptcxhByA

All I see is a number in the corner, this need to be fixed.. Adding it to the to-do-list.

LOL, I doubt trillions of dollars in scientific funding would accomplish that mission.  Grin

Guys we still need nominees for our first donation? Anyone know of any good kids science related charities that could use some extra cash?

I do not know of any charities but here are but a few interesting developments that may be worth noting:

(Perhaps finding a university researching some of these areas could be supported directly?)

http://phys.org/news/2013-10-nanotechnology-boost-next-generation-batteries.html

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-03-06/mit-s-liquid-metal-stores-solar-power-until-after-sundown.html

or

http://www.streetinsider.com/Corporate+News/FuelCell+(FCEL)+Receives+$2.8M+Continuation+of+U.S.+DoE+Award+for+DFC+Plant+Capabilities/9258425.html

I have no vested interests in any of the above, but I'm always reading up on this sort of stuff in my spare time.

The use of solar power to hydrolyze water sounds really interesting.  The waste from producing electricity would be water........

I have been thinking about this idea for years but calculations told me that geothermal  energy is the only way to get away with this like iceland.  But there is certain type of algae that can produce hydrogen and according to wikipedia if we use around 20% of space used to cultivate corn for these algae in the US  , we can displace around 50% of fossil fuel consumption.
The other issue is to transport the volatile hydrogen but there is an indian girl that patented a way to make it less volatile, transport it and then refine it at large facilities.
.

For me energy is at the ocean, if we can tap one marine current, use it to produce electricity then electrolysis for hydrogen, make it not volatile with the special process of indian girl, transport it in ships to refining facilities at ground etc.  Since the hydrogen volatility decreases with the special process we can even use the existent oleo duct technology. I Also think tapping geothermal energy in the ocean for electrolysis is viable.

not sure how this can help but just want to spread the knowledge....

Thanks, I have not seen the info on the Hydrogen transport process going to check it out.

Been mining this from the start, but very low hash power.  Have about 1300 so far.
