As long as companies will succeed in reducing their marketing costs using crowd-marketing this trend will continue, and will probably seep into other products and industries.
In any case, we (carats.io) have written a whole article about this phenomenon and why we chose not to have a bounty program.
You can read about it here >

While Bounty brings creators to ICO, good results in popularizing their token, of course they will exist. The problem is that every month more and more people take part in them and all receive less rewards than before.

The majority of bounty campaigns are only introducing spam on bitcointalk. So, I hope they're not going to be here for long.

They are ran by weak managers and don't care about quality or keeping the forum a good place to find useful information.

No one knows, maybe if it is no longer needed, the bounty program will leave. With the bounty program, there will be many who help to introduce ico and the products offered, if the project does not need product introduction, it will stop its business.

Yeah I agree with you, bounty will always stay with us because bounty is a way to market an ICO/coin to create more awareness about the coin, so as long as blockchain still exists and new project keeps coming out, bounty will always stay

You asked the question and answered it yourself, which is actually a good thing Grin. Bounty programs will remain as long as ICO get churned out daily.  What might change is the requirements for certain ranks that will be eligible to join

That's a good question, I think the biggest phase of campaigns has already been, probably over time we will only have campaigns with more solid projects (due to the maturing of the market).

Yes, of course. As long as a new project appears, the bounty program will always complete its presence. This is because the bounty or airdrop program is a medium to convey information intended to arrive at investors and support project growth.

I think they will stay for a while, there is a reason why ico projects keep using them and is because they are cheap to carry out and they help with the distribution of tokens.

Bounty programs are beneficial to promote cryptocurrency, especially for those new cryptos that will first enter the market. As long as many cryptos are launching their ICO, bounty programs will remain.

Considering the fact that ICOs are still alive and people and developers are bringing in more coins, the possibility that bounties will stay with us will be vivid and people will get to know it more and bounty programmes will have a good shape in some years to come.

Considering how evolving the cryptocurrency industry can be, I don't discard that another better method of promoting ICOs comes to the business in short time.

Since the advertising on Facebook and other social media including Google Adsense banned all cryptos. This bounty program is the best way for new coin owners to promote their coin otherwise it will be quite difficult for new coin owners to promote their coins. It is a win-win situation for both promoters and bounty participants but some of them end badly so participants get almost nothing.

I believe bounty will stay with us for a very long time, and I think the more longer it takes the less interesting it will get because more people will be aware of it and join the bounty hunting and it will get less interesting making more people to quick the bounty hunting game.

While this question/post is repetitive as it's been asked before, bounties are here to stay. This is because ICOs will always have need to promote their project, and as such the services of bounty hunters will always be in demand.

as you said, he asked and answered himself, but that's good too, so we don't bother answering it, but in my opinion that question is less important I think, it's the same as asking "how long does bitcoin survive", and this is not important for us as a good player, most importantly now,  focus and collect as much money as possible from this business

So far as there are ICOs that are being run in support to raise funds for potential projects that have very useful case to help humanity in the long run. Bounties are run to help promote projects to reach investors around the globe.

Bounty programs are the most affordable way to promote an ICO especially now that there are tons of website that bans ad for cryptocurrency.
Social media campaigns and content creation has a wider reach this will make bounty programs the sought after way of advertising an ICO.
and Yes, it will stay with us longer.

Bounty programs will stay as long as googles, facebook and other mainstream advertising platform did not receive token as a payment.  If they have millions dollar of cash, a real cash, when starting a project then go ahead.
