The crossroads of Blockchain technology and real estate value optimization

Received funds allocation
Funds received during ICO will be allocated according to next allocation scheme:
O Min. 50% Belize or EU regulated entity (for real estate purchase)
O Up to 20% Liquidity pool of the Fund
O up to 10% Business expenses, according to raised funds allocation for business expenses:
O in case of soft cap (USD 2.5 mln) – 10%
O over USD 15 mln raised – 8.5%
O over USD 30 mln raised – 7%
