When a person want to build an app using the platform will he/she also be able to use builder care and cloudops or are there fees to these as well?

I asked about this in the telegram and admin said there aren't additional fees to using those services.

Well, at least that's what I think it would be, since it wouldn't make sense being charge using Builder just to find out how much it will cost to make your ideas come to life!   You are probably going to be charged only when you've reached check out, since there'll be a smart contract that you still have to sign and agree with, of course.

Also, it's not necessarily chump change that you'll be paying for the use of Builder, in order to create and develop the software that your idea would need.  Although Engineer.ai mentioned that you'll stand to save at least approximately 1/3 of the usual cost if you'd rather create your bespoke software from scratch. So yeah, this is basically the dealmaker here, I guess!

The time and technicalities involved in developing an app or software makes ordinary folks shy away from expanding their business towards this field, good a thing engineer.ai are coming into play.

People who don't have the technical knowledge and the funds stay away from developing their own apps because of the uncertainty of the process but this is a good chance for them to catch up.

This project helps people who has an idea but doesn't know how to code and make their own software.They have a choice here bt not breaking their bank with Engineer.ai can help them with all of that.

I agree! But only to the point wherein "not breaking the bank" would mean, saving costs on needless repetitive tasks because that's where you'll be saving a lot.

From the whitepaper it states that NAYA will be based on ethereum blockchain.

Doesn't mean anything. Many ETH based tokens are pegged to usd at sale

If only everyone could see how Human Assisted AI could possibly do to enhanced every software development using Builder.engineer.ai platform. They couldn't ask for more.

I believe the issue is more about for those who have the budget i.e. business that would like to save at least 1/3 of the development cost, including the time and effort that's needed to create and develop the software, is what Engineer.ai is really targeting right now instead!
