With the price of bitcoin continuously going down, do you think that altcoins could be better right now than bitcoins? I trust that bitcoin prices will still rise perhaps next year, but with the price still going down, maybe altcoins have a better chance. What do you guys think?
Even bitcoin price getting down, what we can expect from altcoin  Grin. People who real investor maybe put their money on alts, or maybe bitcoin. But there are too many people that will sell their alt because bitcoin keep down to cutloss their assets.

altcoin always follows the pattern of bitcoin price fluctuations, they take a long time to get the confidence to stabilize on their own fluctuations, we can see where ethereum really experienced extraordinary volume reduction qualities and founders could do nothing to raise prices again .

Potential does exist, but it's not that easy because bitcoin still has the most popular level of trust today.

The same factor(s) responsible for the dip in price of bitcoin is applicable to altcoins. In fact, the continuous dip price of bitcoin will also keep affecting this altcoins.

Well, bitcoin price isn't continuosly going down, I mean, it dropped a lot in the past few weeks but it is definitely recovering, I think it is still the best option for long term investments, altcoins on the other hand, have still a tendency to drop but with fluctuations so they are still suited for daily trading schemes.

Thats correct. Bitcoin remain the leading light. Just like every other currency of the world it will always react to market forces and non-technical developments.

I don't think so. I Think as of now they are all the same. Everything is declining from bitcoin to altcoins. I think it is because the marketbis in chaos. It won't take long everything will be back to normal sooner.

of course it can't be a comparison. I think you should check it again because this decline occurred for all crypto, accidents and major corrections occur to this day. I think the market won't recover quickly.

I saw the prices of altcoins few days ago it is green (most of them)
But i know that happened because BTC rise up to 7500.
but look when BTC struggles again and lowered by 1000 usd in the market!
all the alts turned red too, alts price are depending on bitcoin value.

For what reason would you say that altcoin is superior to bitcoins? See, if bitcoin cost drop the altcoin cost too will be influenced so in the event that you offer bitcoin and exchange it to altcoin the cost of altcoin won't increment yet increment of holders and the cost of bitcoin can be drop since you offer your bitcoin that can influence the estimation of altcoin. Therefore, there is no superior to bitcoin on the grounds that if the altcoin value drop it has no impact in bitcoin.

well dont worry to much about the btc price as we can see that price of it is continue to  lose and still bounce of its price is so unpredictable as of now, maybe if you are a day trader, its better to change to altcoin for trading profit.

Why do you say it like there are more than one Bitcoins? It is not 'Bitcoins' (with a 's') but it is 'Bitcoin' because it is just one. You can only say 'Bitcoins' if you are talking about the quantity, but not if you are talking about its existence. Other coins are called 'Altcoins' because they are a lot and they are the alternative coins other than Bitcoin.
And as far as the value is concerned, no coin is independent and they all eventually depend on the price of Bitcoin. So if Bitcoin is having a down-slide right now, none of the Altcoins are likely to jump to a higher place and challenge Bitcoin. People trade Altcoins against Bitcoin because they want to earn Bitcoins. No matter how much coins are bought and sold every single day, but when it comes to usage, do a survey and the result would be in the favor of Bitcoin for sure.

I don't think so. All of them are in the same deep hole right now, but I still think that Bitcoins is doing fair enough, and it remains a better option for me, compared to altcoins. I think that we should really stop underestimating bitcoin because of all that is going on in the market right now, it might be having some challenges, but this is not the end of its reign yet.

I personally believe that there is no such thing as an altcoin being better than bitcoin. Many altcoins are good indeed but bitcoin is the top 1

I think bitcoin is still good than altcoins because the market price is still range at $6500 - $7500 for more than 6 months and this a good indicator that bitcoin is quite stable compare to some altcoins in which the market value drops by more than 50%.

The opinions regarding this topic may vary among individuals. Even with the current price of bitcoin, people still make good returns and so as for alt coins. It boils down to individual experience.

Looking at how the market is now, I can boldly say that no altcoin is better than btc considering the fact that, the way btc is moving as compared to other altcoins are very low. BTC is the best coin and never attribute it to altcoins.

I am not sure that altcoin is better than bitcoin, but I can say that altcoin can help us to get more bitcoin by collecting the profit from bitcoin pair altcoin. maybe you don't need to sell your bitcoin for now, and you only save more bitcoin from another pair as I said. and if we can make a profit from the altcoin, then we can have much bitcoin, and we can sell it to make another profit. bitcoin and altcoin are related to each other, and it helps each other too, so we have another chance from the altcoin and bitcoin to make a profit.

all we cannot be sure with certainty and only confidence and patience to get profit in the investment and in my opinion we must be clever to take advantage of the smallest possible opportunities to make a profit

If bitcoin down some altcoins will follow but also there are some altcoins that price up even bitcoin down. You only need to choose what altcoins you buy for you to earn profit even bitcoin price fall.
