Why would you say that altcoin is better than bitcoins? Look, if bitcoin price drop the altcoin price too will be affected so if you sell bitcoin and trade it to altcoin the price of altcoin won't increase but increase of holders and the price of bitcoin can be drop because you sell your bitcoin that can affect the value of altcoin.
So there is no better than bitcoin because if the altcoin price drop it has no effect in bitcoin.
Truly I don’t think that it’s going right when we take bitcoin and altcoin into comparison. And honestly, at current bitcoin is the king of the whole market. As we all know, although bitcoin is the oldest coin, it’s still attractive to many people and still keeping a great reputation . Evidently, when we mention to crypto field, people mostly take care on bitcoin. Altcoin, ethereum, for example, is quite easy to buy because it’s much more affordable than bitcoin. Obviously, altcoins sometimes depend much on bitcoin’s fluctuation. |

The price we pay for owning Bitcoin is actually very high. In theory, bitcoin takes longer to reach x5 x10 or even x2 over time. But for Altcoin, the speed of such appreciation is still very simple. It’s just that Altcoin is not as valuable as BTC. So if it is an investment, then I choose BTC. If I want to speculate, then I will choose Altcoin. |

They all have different characteristics and different platform. For me Bitcoin is good and profitable for long term investment while altcoins are good in day to day trading but there are also some that are good to hold. I still also believe that Bitcoin will recover soon , we should wait patiently it will give us more profit sooner. |

No, not really. Imagine how the cryptomarket will going to crash when Bitcoin will crash too. That's because most of the alternate coins will follow bitcoin's progress too. So i don't think there's any altcoin which is better than bitcoin right now because bitcoin remains the supreme crypto in the cryptoworld.

Is there any chance that some altcoin will be indipendent from btc in future? And also profitable? Most price charts of altcoins look just like btc price charts and it means they depend on btc price. |

If you want more pr0fit then altcoin is better but still the price of the altcoin also depends on the price of the BTC. If you will notice, the changes in the price of the bitcoin also affects the price of the ethereum. Both of the cryptocurrency has low price in the market but in altcoin even the price of the ethereum is low but the value of your tokens is high then, you can still have high profit.
