I agree that now is a generally good time to buy, but I'm also not too sure about ethereum. The price went don't too much, and its current state in between mineable and pos seems like a risky time for a coin like this. Moreover, eth was mainly getting its price from icos, which are getting banned and regulated. Less ICOs means a smaller price for ethereum. I'd invest in btc, iota, ripple and perhaps some smaller amounts in eth and neo, because we cannot be sure the latter will be as useful and the ICO rash won't simply be over soon.

Normally it is good to invest in something when its price is quite low and then sell it when it rises. But I think there is something strange with Ethereum.
