About WildRigWildRig is a GPU miner for Windows and Linux, with custom-miner integrations for HiveOS, mmpOS and SimpleMining (SMOS). It includes a full-screen dashboard, automatic intensity, backup pools, temperature protection, plain logs, an HTTP JSON statistics API and offline benchmarking.

The dashboard shows the active fee rate. Autolykos2 needs about 8 GB of available GPU memory; other algorithms may also require a large dataset depending on the coin and block height.

Selected Intel Arc Pro and Flex cards are also recognized. Older AMD GCN 2/3 cards, including Hawaii and Fiji, support KawPow and ProgPowZ only. PearlHash requires NVIDIA Tensor Cores (Volta or newer, excluding GTX 16) or AMD RDNA 2/3/4. AMD Instinct needs Linux with ROCm and supports AMD algorithms except PearlHash and Noid.
Actual algorithm availability depends on the GPU, driver and free video memory. AMD and Intel require an OpenCL-capable driver. Integrated GPUs are skipped by default; eligible devices can be enabled with
--gpu-allow-igpu.
Quick startExtract the miner, choose the algorithm and pool, and replace
POOL_HOST,
PORT and
YOUR_WALLET. Look for accepted shares after starting.

The Windows and Linux packages include ready-made launch scripts with a five-second restart loop. The
config generator provides Windows/Linux scripts and HiveOS, mmpOS and SMOS configurations for your selected coin and pool. Check your pool's wallet, worker and password format before mining.
HiveOS and mmpOSDownload the shared
wildrig-ng-custom-VERSION.tar.gz from the
latest release. It contains hooks for HiveOS and mmpOS; each platform uses its own integration. In HiveOS, set the miner name to
wildrig-ng-custom. Both report GPU statistics to the mining OS, which handles restarts.
SimpleMining (SMOS)Select Custom miner and use
wildrig-ng-simplemining-VERSION.zip from the
latest release. Paste the ZIP URL followed by miner arguments. Replace
VERSION with the release tag and
YOUR_WALLET with your Pearl wallet:
