We don't know about the predictions about the future ICO, but what i can say in the coming days we can see many good companies will join in the crypto market. Soon many companies will start implementing blockchain and will launch the ICO.

Well, I guess it depends on the market and the comming of the bull... we can be up for a long winter...
Nevertheless, ICO fever might return on the next bull market, and investors will stay dumb because they will be new investors attracted by the bull market profits... it is a cycle and when it is "up" time there is always a fresh face full of hope and ready to invest...

well, I guess this year 2018 will be better compared to 2018 because investors have been able to learn about it, and also many investors to turn on Ico, which has been hard-hit in the past years.

I think that in 2019 ICO will be still alive, ICO investors will be smarter and only join good ICO. No more lands for bad and scam ICO. 2018 is not a good year for investors because most of token dumped below ICO price. Do you think 2019 is a good year for ICO and all tokens pump after ICO like it was in 2017?

What I think about ICO or upcoming ICO in 2019 is a bit more serious because of the experiences these year where in most ICO is a pump and dump projects. Aside from that some ICO in 2018 might be listed in bigger exchanges next year so set aside the doubt of ICO platforms and continue to invest in it because this would help big in cryptocurrency.

in 2017 just wrote that this year will be better, but we see that there is not. investors are not stupid and try to invest in worthy projects. but under the pressure of the market and the collapse of prices on the stock exchange - investors do not want to risk their deposits. Alive for sure. But very few ICO’s will collect millions of dollars. Or projects will need to reduce softcap and hardcap limits, or in my opinion just real huge ico’s will be sucessful

ICO investment is risky and ICO market is saturated couple with the fact that market of Cryptocurrency is bearish for many months now, a lots of care must be taken in choosing good ICO.  2019 ICO market will largely depend on ethereum prices and general market condition.

in my opinion, increasing supervision of a project or ico is now being done by most officials, to close it seems that it cannot be known because there are still many that are running until the end of the year and continue.
that which actually damages a market, decreases the pre sale and dump prices to the market, so investors must issue funds again so they do not experience losses.
must be more thorough to look for an ICO that can be accounted for and not just make it.

I think the reforms in the ICO will be in the new year, I mean the external regulators who will be responsible for the safety of investors and the legality of projects. I hope that in the near future the projects will use a single platform for carrying out the ICO and raising funds.

I hope that in 2019 there will be an active growth of the market. This will increase the interest of investors in the crypto currency and the ISO projects. I believe that this industry will recover.
