good call saul
the most amateurish thing is that the graphic has the TIX for the wrong coin Sad
OK. I will work on the main post content this afternoon.

Do something attractive, a thread title has big marketing power.
Like, add special chars to emphasize the title, write about reward decreasing, new services, anything.

And, about the public funds. Well, here's an idea:

1. Bounties should be set. ABE block explorer comes to mind, games or similar etc. Translations? I guess.
2. DEV funds should be set, like, just put the addresses, keep em transparent way I do for faucet and rest, and people will help for sure.
3. Add voting stuff for mintpal there; link, it'll help.

Pools should be updated probably, there's few non working at the OP currently.
And stuff like that. We have an unique opportunity to be transparent and make things work cool, including the funds you lost at the beginning - which if we work on, we could have happy and active devs (that's numero uno, you can't expect community to be the lead, they need to follow the lead) and we can attract more and more people to mine and use coin.

Btw, coin usage point - the guy who said he'll look into tipping bot - if you can pull it out, I can donate. Up to 1 mil HEX from me personally can go away on that alone.
Also, I can do the same for the dev fund, 1 mil no problem.

HEY; ALSO: WORKING CONF (someone pasted with POOLS as nodes too, that will defo work), for people so they don't have issues with syncing. That happens a lot, apparently, unfortunately.
That should DEFO be added to OP.

Try using this:

Quote
listen=1
daemon=1
server=1
rpcconnect=127.0.0.1
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
addnode=54.213.143.65
addnode=http://hex.bondni.com/
addnode=http://hex.pitythepool.com
addnode=http://hex.hashfever.com
addnode=hex.internetarena.it
addnode=http://hbg.hashrapid.com/
rpcuser=user
rpcpassword=password
rpcport=39547

It should work superb! If you need help with placing a conf file, browse around thread a bit, it's the same as with any coin.
Of course, change the params for the user/pass and what you need.

the path will be something like C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Heisen...  where XXXXXX = whatever your system has it as.

The password and username can be anything you want, it doesn't matter, just make the password different from the username.

edit: and yes, paste the info in a *.conf file. the name being whatever the folder name is, I am not on the system that has the wallet install so I cannot remember it exactly. something like Heisenberghex.
