Always bounty tokens are dumped and they don't have internal value,so there is a point in such strategy!

Yes, I don`t think, that nowadays it is a good idea for projects to enter the market. On the other hand, many bounty hunters don`t want to wait several months after ico, to sell their rewards.

Selling does give you profit. Selling instantly gives you your profit paid for your hardwork. Holding only gives you a better profit only if you hold it and the coin's price rises, but if the price go down so is your profit. It is not always advisable to hold, i have some friends who instantly sell their bounty tokens right after they are given, believing that sooner or later the price would go down. They say that they do gain income through their hardwork and they don't want to take the risk of getting more or the profit being lessen. The bottomline is, holding does NOT give you better profit always, it is advisable to have a cut loss percentage if you want to take on the risk of holding the token.

I usually sell some coins on the first pump and take profits in Eth or BTC. If the coin has potential I keep it for next big pump. Other coins sell in one bag and grab profits.
